LOGISTICS

• Load In: 5 hours minimum prior to the event
• Load Out: Approximately two hours
• Space requirement is approximately 200 sq. ft with a 9' ceiling height
• 1 Standard banquet table, plus 2 hi-top round
• Table linens for all three tables
• Electricity: 2-20 Amp plugs
• Parking for two vehicles during entirety of the event

PRICING

• 50% non refundable deposits required 30 days prior to the event
• 50% remaining balance is due the evening of the event

• Pricing includes all labor for set up, operation and take down
